As part of this year’s Bristol Healthy City Week, we are running a seminar on the WEGMC project at the Bristol Heart Institute on Friday, 21 October.
The seminar is taking place from 9:30am – 10:30am in the Seminar Room.
Part of Bristol Healthy City Week’s vision is having integrated health services that champion preventative medicine and whole person care. Learning more about genomes can help in identifying the causes of genetic diseases and developing individualised care.
Dr Andrew Mumford, clinical director of the WEGMC will be providing an introduction to the project, an update on the GMC’s progress and how clinicians and patients can get involved.
There will also be a Q&A session following the presentation.
